The Opportunity

We are looking for an exceptional candidate to join our high-performing Field Engineering Function in Denmark and the broader Nordics region. You will collaborate closely with regional peers across Alliances, Sales, Marketing, Product, and Delivery to help win strategic sales opportunities and ensure our customers realise lasting value from the Quantexa platform.

We are seeking someone with strong technical and business solution expertise who can articulate complex technical concepts in a clear, compelling way. You will deliver impactful presentations, product demonstrations, and deep dives across customer engagements and industry events. As a spokesperson for Quantexa's technology, you’ll build lasting trust with stakeholders by engaging them in relevant, value-driven conversations.

This role is for someone who thrives on ownership and impact. You will work on strategic opportunities and accounts from the first conversation through to successful deployment and expansion, and your insights from the field will help shape how Quantexa evolves.

The Quantexa Field Engineering function brings together presales and postsales expertise and will work across the entire customer lifecycle from first technical touchpoint for prospective organisations and remain a trusted technical partner as customers land and expand their use of Quantexa, providing continuity across the entire customer journey.

In this role, key responsibilities include:

  • Communicate the value and impact of the Quantexa Decision Intelligence Platform, helping prospects understand how it enables smarter, faster, and more confident decision-making through connected, trusted data.
  • Identify and position the right Quantexa solution tailored to each prospect’s and customer’s specific needs.
  • Guide prospects and customers through a clear, outcome-driven solution strategy that sets the stage for long-term value and success.
  • Remain a trusted technical partner beyond the initial sale, supporting successful adoption, business value realisation, and expansion.

Location

This role will be based in Denmark and remote. To best facilitate collaboration with our customers, partners, and internal teams, this role will involve travel to customer sites across the Nordics region and occasional international travel to our other offices, such as London.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Be a functional expert in Quantexa’s platform and products, with a strong understanding of its capabilities and real-world applications.
  • Demonstrate a good understanding of the industry practices and regulatory environments of our customers, such as Public Sector and Healthcare and how the platform addresses gaps or risks.
  • Articulate and present the value of our platform, demonstrating how Quantexa solves specific pain points and enables better decision-making.
  • Represent Quantexa at industry events, customer meetings, and webinars, showcasing our capabilities and thought leadership.
  • Support or manage the technical aspects of the sales cycle, working alongside Sales, Architects, Product, and SMEs.
  • Contribute to proposals, including RFPs and RFIs.
  • Take ownership of the design and execution of PoCs and trials, ensuring alignment with customer objectives.
  • Collaborate on the design and iteration of tailored solutions, working with partners, customers, and internal teams to define the right approach.
  • Deliver tailored product demonstrations, both in-person and remotely, that engage a range of stakeholders from users to executives.
  • Facilitate discovery sessions with prospects, customers, and partners, uncovering core business challenges and technical needs.
  • Understand key deployment options and decisions at an enterprise level, and steer customers and internal teams to deliver the right solution to the problem.
  • Be an integral part of the account team for selected strategic customers, defining the account strategy and the vision for decision intelligence across the customer’s enterprise, and building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Work closely with Product, Delivery, and our strategic partners to ensure alignment with the customer’s goals and adherence to Blueprints, scoping and setting up projects for success, and supporting value realisation through proving and implementation stages.
  • Own key customer relationships and ensure appropriate account governance is in place, including regular account reviews, customer health reporting, and early identification of renewal risk.
  • Support the operational adoption of the Quantexa platform, helping customers renew and setting the foundation for their expansion with Quantexa.
  • Support the growth and development of the European and Nordics Field Engineering function.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience in a commercially focused, technical role such as Solution Engineering, Presales, Technical Sales, Value Consulting, or a customer-facing technical consulting role, working with customers in Denmark and the Nordics.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with a track record of effective customer engagement.

  • Proven experience in at least one solution area, such as Data Management, Fraud Detection, Tax Fraud, Law Enforcement, Borders & Customs, Intelligence Investigations, with a good understanding of both technical and business aspects of the solution.
