We are looking for a curious, technology savvy Learning and Development professional with strong hands-on knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and AI-enabled ways of working. They will bring a genuine curiosity about how technology and AI can transform L&D and will be comfortable experimenting with new approaches and translating them into practical solutions.

The role's core mission is to cultivate a culture of excellence and integrity by ensuring every Quantexan is equipped with the necessary skills and compliant knowledge to excel in their role. This position is critical in mitigating risk, enhancing company-wide competence, and directly contributing to our growth and retention goals through adherence to our obligations.

A key part of this mission is to prepare our workforce for an AI-driven future by building critical AI capabilities, embedding AI-enabled learning practices, and creating a culture of continuous learning, curiosity, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Compliance Training Strategy: Define and lead Quantexa's comprehensive compliance training strategy, with a specific focus on customer contract obligations, onboarding, data privacy, security, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Proactive Collaboration: Proactively collaborate with Legal, Contract Management, Information Security, and other functions to identify potential competence and compliance gaps, particularly in light of our strategic focus on public sector and government contracts.
  • Learning Design and Development: AI Transformation and Skilling: Develop and execute a company-wide AI upskilling strategy to build AI literacy and capabilities at all levels of the organization. Design, create and deliver targeted AI training programs, from foundational knowledge for all employees to specialized skills for technical roles. Actively research, pilot, and integrate Artificial Intelligence (AI) into learning solutions, leveraging deep knowledge of how modern LMS platforms and Large Language Models (LLMs) can disrupt traditional L&D, drive efficiency, and create more effective, personalized learning experiences. Partner with leaders across the business to identify AI-related skill gaps and opportunities for transformation.
  • Expertise and Coaching: Act as the go-to expert for compliance and AI-related learning, sharing expertise to help others develop their skills. Define and own the process for continuously evaluating and improving the effectiveness of all compliance, onboarding, and AI training programs.
  • Accountability: This role is accountable for the end-to-end ownership of the company's compliance and AI training frameworks. This includes being the primary owner for assessing training needs related to contractual and legal obligations, designing and maintaining the curriculum (including the integration of modern technologies), and operating the system for tracking and reporting on compliance adherence to mitigate business risk. Crucially, this role is also accountable for the successful development and implementation of the company's AI upskilling strategy.

Expected Results

  • A documented and implemented compliance training framework that is reviewed and updated annually.
  • A measurable reduction in compliance-related risks and audit findings attributed to knowledge or skill gaps.
  • Achieve and maintain a 95%+ completion rate for all mandatory compliance training across the business within specified deadlines.
  • A live, accurate dashboard and quarterly reporting process that provides visibility of compliance training status to leadership and key stakeholders.
  • AI-driven efficiency gains demonstrated through a successful pilot or implementation of an AI tool/process that reduces administrative overhead or improves learner engagement in compliance training.
  • Positive feedback from participants and stakeholders on the quality and effectiveness of all training programs.
