As success is delivered and focus expands, the role is expected to grow in scope, into private healthcare and life sciences, and over time into Quantexa’s international healthcare markets.
This is a UK‑first role with a clear path to a broader and global remit.
The Healthcare Industry Leader is Quantexa’s subject matter expert for the sector and a recognized point of credibility on NHS trends and transformation.
They help shape the positioning of Quantexa’s healthcare solutions around the business issues and stakeholders we sell to, and they build on the market eminence Quantexa has already established in healthcare, extending and deepening it to turn the existing Ex Co‑approved strategy into pipeline and growth.
What You'll Be Doing.
The role reports directly into Quantexa’s Chief Product Officer and is part of the core Product Leadership Team, contributing a healthcare voice to Product strategy and roadmap prioritization.
It works in close partnership with the regional Sales leadership who own the healthcare revenue target directly.
Quantexa’s healthcare team sits within the wider public sector practice and operates as a sales‑led, product‑aligned model.
The Leader is recognized as the healthcare SME by Sales, Customer Success, and Pre‑Sales, and is sought out to guide and credential when that expertise is needed.
Responsibilities Will Include
- Own, execute and revise as necessary, the approved healthcare industry strategy, keeping it aligned across Product, Sales and Solutions
- Work with broader Product, Marketing and Sales teams to build NHS‑specific Go‑to‑Market campaigns
- Collaborate closely with Product Marketing to ensure industry‑relevant specificity in the design, market narrative and positioning across the full portfolio of Quantexa’s Solutions, as well as innovating new industry‑relevant Solutions based on our core Platform.
- Support Sales, Customer Success, demo and delivery teams with industry‑specific knowledge for these new Solutions
- Validate and influence the direction of our product roadmap with Solution teams and Product Management ensuring that our Engineering focus is fit for purpose to meet the needs of the go‑to‑market and maximize our share of addressable market
- Build on Quantexa’s established market eminence in healthcare, extending it through thought leadership, industry events, client roundtables, and selective analyst engagement, in support of the brand and field marketing strategy
- Actively engage upon requests from Sales and Solution Engineering/Pre‑Sales to help pursue and win strategic deals within their respective industry
- Work with Product, Sales and Finance leadership during annual planning and mid‑year forecasting cycles to develop industry‑specific revenue targets as well as relevant pricing strategies
- Support Sales in the definition of strategic target accounts and ‘must‑win’ logos within the respective industry
- Work with Alliances team to identify, stand up and nurture strategic relationships with ecosystem partners relevant to the industry which drive scale, differentiation and non‑linear growth
What You'll Bring.
- Credibility in the UK healthcare market.
Experience working with NHS England, ICBs, and Trusts from the outside, and ideally some experience inside the NHS.

- A self‑starter who can carry a proposition with energy and bring others with them.
- Enough gravitas and presence to earn the trust of senior healthcare stakeholders and internal teams.
- Given the fast pace and dynamic nature of our business, Industry Leaders must possess high levels of resilience and a collaborative approach to getting things done.
- Passion and energy for the Healthcare Sector and the impact that data, technology and AI can have for good within the healthcare industry
- Solid experience of data‑led solutions and technology in a healthcare or public sector context.
You are comfortable with how data, analytics and AI are applied to real organizational problems, and can hold a credible conversation with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Experience in systems integration or technology consulting, ideally with a major SI or consultancy, is a strong advantage.
You understand how large technology and transformation programs are sold, shaped and delivered.
- Some track record of industry‑facing profile (speaking, writing, or a credible network in healthcare), with the drive to build on Quantexa’s established eminence and grow your own standing in the role.
You do not need to arrive as the recognized authority, but you do need NHS credibility and the appetite to extend it.
- Ability to understand and communicate technical information to diverse audiences and translate information to technical & business stakeholders, from users to executive management.
- Keen ability and desire to learn. We’ll help you understand our product and third‑party tools so you can understand the value of them to the market thoroughly.
- Additional Nice To Have Experience Includes
- Experience across other healthcare segments (private healthcare, life sciences) or international healthcare markets
- Technical acumen to build custom demos, wireframes and solution designs &/or an understanding of big data or data science.
- Knowledge of Entity Resolution, Graph analytics or Decision Intelligence solutions
