Role Overview: Quantexa is looking for a dynamic lawyer to become a valued and trusted member of our high‑performing legal function to assist the General Counsel in all aspects of legal matters arising across our exciting international business. The role will have a primary focus on EMEA legal issues and business growth and is an opportunity to gain a wide range of international experience while working closely with and reporting directly to the Quantexa General Counsel.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Work with stakeholders across multiple functions to help achieve the legal team's ambitions.
- Build trusted relationships with colleagues and customers.
- Operate from our head office in London, focusing on the EMEA region as the key lead for legal matters and leading central functional initiatives within global operations.
- Review, draft and negotiate strategically important commercial contracts such as software licences, reseller agreements, professional services.
