The opportunity. The Quantexa Academy offers comprehensive training designed to empower Customers and Partners in deploying, customizing, and utilizing the Quantexa Platform. Our goal is to support them in becoming self-sufficient and confident users of our solution. We provide certification programs, end-user training and resources, Community content, as well as instructor-led workshops and bootcamps.
What you will be doing:
- Manage the team running the day-to-day administrative processes of the Quantexa Academy and our Learning Management system as well as the Technical Training Specialists that support and assess Academy candidates throughout their journey to accreditation.
- Collaborate closely with Stakeholders and SMEs (Product, R&D, TAP etc.) to improve services provided by the Academy and ensure user-friendly learning experiences.
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality output within tight deadlines.
- Utilise technology to support automation and simplification of processes resulting in an enhanced learning experience.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in digital learning to bring innovation and continuous improvement to the Team’s operations and processes.
- Create targeted, useful, repeatable reporting to allow value adding insights to be gleaned in support of improvements to processes and user experiences.
- Ensure alignment with and contribute to the development of the Quantexa Academy’s strategy.
- Build a culture of innovation, continuous improvement and user-centricity.
- Support Team members’ professional development, well-being and work-life balance.
What you will bring:
- Proven experience in leading and managing an operationally effective team, preferably in a startup/scaleup environment (potential domains: FinTech solutions, data science & engineering, software development, etc.).
- Experience in enhancement and scaling of administrative and operational services using technology and process improvement.
- Experience in automation.
- Experience in using analytics and data visualisation tools (e.g. PowerBi).
- Experience in collaborating with technical SMEs and cross-functional teams to develop customer-centric outcomes.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to work on multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly and concisely.
- Power skills: influence, adaptability, leadership, and critical thinking.
Nice to have:
- Experience in using content management solutions and learning platforms (LMS, LXP, AI-enhanced tools, CMS).
- Experience in using tooling specific to the provision of training courses and services, including scoring and assessment of learner outputs.
