The Opportunity.

We are seeking a Global Head of Fraud Solutions, a visionary and commercially minded leader to define, scale, and evolve Quantexa’s Fraud and Security solutions globally across all major industries. As an integral member of our core Product Leadership Team, you will chart an ambitious path forward for Quantexa's counter-fraud suite. You will serve as a respected global thought leader, representing Quantexa at major international conferences, in front of analysts, and with senior executives at top-tier institutions. You will own the global solution strategy, shape the product roadmap, and work closely with R&D, Marketing, Sales, Alliances, and TAP teams to deliver market-leading capabilities. The role includes leadership of a high-performing, geographically distributed team of regional Solution Owners and fraud SMEs (covering EMEA, APAC, and North America). It successfully combines high-level strategic influence with a hands-on approach, requiring you to act as a bi-lateral individual contributor when leading key global customer pursuits.

What you'll be doing:

  • Solution Strategy & Market Leadership
    • Global Strategy Ownership: Define and drive the global strategy, vision, and roadmap for Quantexa's Fraud Solutions.
    • Roadmap Steering: Translate global market requirements, technological shifts, and regulatory trends into specific product roadmap features in partnership with Product Management and, by extension, our Engineering team.
    • Industry Eminence: Produce high-impact thought leadership (whitepapers, blogs, webinars), serve as a recognized global authority and keynote speaker at premier industry events (e.g., SIBOS, ACAMS, and global fraud forums), and proactively engage with relevant Analyst Firms and lead domain analysts.
    • Competitive Intelligence: Maintain deep currency of the global competitor landscape and ensure our value propositions are uniquely differentiated and our battlecards are compelling.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership
    • Subject Matter Authority: Act as the central SME on counter-fraud solutions, guiding, shaping, and credentialing product positioning for our Sales and Field Engineering/Customer Success teams.
    • Value-Driven Narratives: Collaborate with Product Marketing to design scalable, industry-specific solution narratives that align with enterprise business value and target senior buyers.
    • Work closely with our Delivery (professional services) team as subject-matter advisor on critical domain questions and issues during deployment of Fraud solutions.
    • Go-To-Market Execution & Growth:
      • Global GTM Plans: support the creation, refinement and execution of global Go-to-Market plans for Fraud Solutions, collaborating with regional sales heads to meet overall ARR and growth targets.
      • Strategic Pursuit Support: Partner with regional Sales leaders on strategic global accounts, helping shape, position, and differentiate our fraud solutions during key client workshops.
      • Ecosystem Co-Innovation: Work with the Global Alliances team to identify, stand up, and nurture strategic relationships and related joint offerings with key partners (e.g., cloud hyperscalers, global consultancies, and system integrators).
      • Strategic PoC/PoV: Strategically support and contribute to the execution of high-profile global Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and Proof of Values (PoVs), ensuring we clearly prove business outcomes and "move the needle" for clients.
    • Team Leadership
      • Global Fraud Team Development: Lead, coach, and develop a diverse, global team of Solution Owners and regional Fraud heads across EMEA, APAC, and North America.
      • Culture of Innovation: Foster a culture of technical excellence, continuous learning, and cross-regional collaboration.
      • Broader Product Leadership: Serve as a strong contributing member of the core Product Leadership Team, living our values of Determination, Ambition, Teamwork and Accountability every day.

    What you’ll bring:

    • Deep SME Background: Extensive experience of direct counter-fraud risk management, compliance, or investigation experience within financial services, government, professional services, or consulting.
    • Global Product & Solution Leadership: Proven track record of leading product strategy, solution ownership, or software development within an enterprise software vendor - specifically directing the growth and evolution of complex multi-industry fraud platforms - including a deep understanding of how AI is shaping counter fraud solutions.
    • Global Executive Presence: Strong executive presence with a proven ability to influence, engage, and build trust with C-suite stakeholders at major global banks, insurers, and government agencies.
