Full Time Contact – Long Term Engagement
Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Equities Product Owner with a strong background in Equities data and demonstrable Business Analysis and Project Management capabilities. The ideal candidate will work closely with front-to-back stakeholders across trading, technology, operations, and compliance to drive the evolution of Equities platforms and data solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and define the product vision and roadmap for Equities data and platform initiatives.
- Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritise features, and translate into actionable user stories.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of product initiatives across the full trade lifecycle (front, middle, and back office).
- Collaborate with engineering, QA, and cross-functional teams to ensure delivery aligns with business needs.
- Manage project timelines, risks, dependencies, and communication across workstreams.
Requirements:
- Strong domain expertise in Equities – ideally including data models, trade flow, market data, and regulatory considerations.
- Proven experience working in product owner or hybrid BA/PM roles within capital markets.
- Solid understanding of front-to-back trade lifecycle (from execution to settlement).
- Ability to manage complex stakeholders and drive delivery across technology and business teams.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Prior experience within top-tier investment banks or buy-side institutions.
- Familiarity with regulatory reporting, PnL, and risk systems.
