We are seeking an experienced Senior Consultant, Manager or Associate Director (AVP to VP Level) to join our Quantitative Finance advisory practice, focused on Financial Engineering and delivering analytics platform solutions to clients. In this role, you will leverage deep quantitative development expertise to advise clients on analytics infrastructure, risk and valuation platforms, contributing directly to their strategic decision‑making and business growth.
As part of your responsibilities, you will:
- Lead small and large multidisciplinary engagements and manage client relationships
- Design and develop analytics platforms and workflows (e.g., pricing libraries, models integration, data pipelines, XVA, market and counterparty credit risk libraries & platforms)
- Provide thought leadership in financial engineering, analytics & data architecture, risk and valuation frameworks and industry best practices
- Lead project teams, mentor and supervise junior members, ensuring high‑quality deliveries and adherence to model governance standards
- Support content generation and business development initiatives, including identifying new opportunities and developing proposals
Your competences:
Technical- Post‑graduate degree in computer science or related field from a top tier university
- Minimum 3‑8 years of relevant experience in financial engineering, analytics platforms and quantitative development across Front Office or Risk functions within financial services
- Experience with cloud and distributed computing (knowledge of GPU or quantum computing is a plus)
- Familiarity with financial products in one or more asset classes
- Proficiency in key programming technologies and platforms (e.g., C++, Rust, Python) as well as software development processes and tooling
- Strong communication, team spirit and ability to collaborate with stakeholders (e.g., Trading/Structuring/Technology/Risk/Finance)
- Excellent problem‑solving capabilities and analytical thinking
