We are seeking a Junior Application Support Analyst with a strong technical and analytical background to join a front-office support team within a leading investment bank. The ideal candidate will bring a mix of engineering expertise, mathematical aptitude, and hands-on experience with Python and SQL, supporting business-critical trading applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical and functional support for front-office applications and trading systems.
- Troubleshoot, analyse, and resolve incidents, ensuring minimal business disruption.
- Collaborate closely with traders, quants, and IT teams to identify and implement solutions.
- Develop automation scripts and data queries using Python and SQL.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders across technical and business teams.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
