KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Managing messaging services
· Produce technical road maps for Messaging Services
· Management of service level reporting
· Provide input to management to help assess future direction of product and services
· Interface between management, business, 3rd parties and support personnel.

Global Messaging experience with experience of supporting user base of cica 100,000 in financial organisations

Proven track record of delivering M365 into multiple organisations as lead engineer.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Functional / Technical Competencies:
· Expert in Microsoft Teams to Include Video and voice.
· Knowledge of Enterprise Vault and Compliance Tooling
· Engineering of Exchange 2016 deployment and migration from existing Exchange 2010 together with knowledge of Office 365
· DesignDeploy and support existing messaging infrastructure to include
· BYOD iPhoneIPADBlackberryExchangeOutlookCompliance toolEnterprise Vault (Multiple sites as part of Global Org).
· Understanding of Lotus notes migration
· Expert in AD Federated servicesHybrid services
