The Associate HR Business Partner will be a key member of the HR team, providing proactive HR support to EMEA Region managers and acting as the first point of contact for employees and managers.

What You'll Do

  • Provide timely guidance on HR policies and best practices.
  • Serve as a trusted point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns and grievances.
  • Assist in resolving employee relations issues, including performance management and disciplinary actions.
  • Support the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
  • Collaborate with talent acquisition to support recruitment and selection processes.
  • Assist in the implementation of performance management cycles.
  • Help identify training needs and support learning and development programs.
  • Partner with Global HRBPs to translate business priorities into people initiatives.
  • Contribute to employee engagement, culture and retention projects.
  • Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and provide insights.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
  • 3‐5 years of experience in an HR generalist, advisor or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of local labour laws and HR best practices across EMEA.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and relationship‐building skills.
  • High level of empathy and discretion.
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency with HRIS (Workday preferred), Google Docs, Microsoft Office and data analysis in Excel.
  • Proactive, solutions‐oriented mindset.
  • Experience in an offshore or shared services environment is a plus.
