As an Enterprise In-House Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships for the in-house sales team. Our team deals with any enterprise-level advertisers that book directly with Quantcast with no agency involved. You will ensure success of current running business, delivering world class advertising solutions and customer support in order to exceed expectations. You will cultivate strong partnerships with all clients and serve as the face to both external clients and internal teams throughout the organisation. You’ll be responsible for both retaining and growing clients and consult with clients to understand and uncover their business needs and how our products can grow their business. You’ll work collaboratively with the operations teams to ensure campaigns are set up for success. Finally, you will deliver insights and recommendations that lead to scaling opportunities, and up-selling of new products and services.
What you’ll do:
- Be the main point of contact for your portfolio of accounts, resolving any client issues in a timely manner, and driving the day to day business on behalf of Quantcast clients.
- Build deep connections with clients; nurturing and growing our key pieces of business via those relationships with a high cadence of client contact.
- Develop account strategy that will maximise the amount of advertiser spend with Quantcast.
- Consult to understand clients’ business and brand objectives, and develop data-driven analysis to make recommendations to fulfil objectives.
- Manage on-boarding process of specified new accounts from the sales team – act as central project manager within Quantcast to maximise client servicing and a smooth end-to-end process for all accounts.
- Serve as a liaison to clients regarding new product launches and advertising opportunities while ensuring that clients are satisfied with their business growth.
- Generate and present post campaign analysis and use it to develop and scale clients’ activities.
- Lead quarterly client business reviews that result in continuous renewal and incremental revenue.
- Research client needs to understand how Quantcast can support the client in meeting their business goals.
- Develop forward-thinking, data-driven analysis and recommendations that align with client goals and quantify high-impact opportunities with clear recommendations to pitch to clients.
Who you are:
- Minimum 3 - 5 years of client-facing experience, marketing or consulting, preferably agency or client side experience.
- Mature in your thinking with a proven ability to achieve client partnership across a portfolio of business.
- Proven ability to scale account revenue & grow existing business relationships.
- Aptitude, creativity, and a preference for working in small, collaborative teams with minimal supervision.
- Strategic thinking, always looking to create opportunities for both clients and Quantcast.
- In-depth knowledge of traditional, digital and mobile media.
- An understanding of direct response and brand principles.
- Strong understanding of programmatic, attribution, and the overall digital landscape.
- Strong client facing experience and ability to influence key decision makers at senior levels.
- Proven track record of establishing and exceeding team and individual goals.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to work cross-functionally and lead internal/external stakeholders.
- Comfortable within a commercial environment, comfortable leading client engagement initiatives, such as events, trade shows, client presentations.
