The Machine Learning team builds and maintains real‑time ML products used to predict audience attributes across millions of bid requests per second.
Responsibilities:
- Design, code, test, and debug ML applications and continuously improve large‑scale global systems that respond to millions of real‑time requests per second with efficiency.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using industry best practices.
- Collaborate closely with product and platform engineering teams, participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Identify performance bottlenecks and optimize system components for enhanced scalability.
- Generate and review proposals for further research and development directions.
- Keep up to date with developments in machine learning outside the company.
Requirements:
- Newly or recently qualified university graduate with a degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- Fluency in Python, Java or a similar programming language.
- Strong skills in mathematics and statistics.
- Exposure to ML algorithms such as classification, control systems, optimization, clustering, LLMs or recommendation systems.
- Interest in distributed systems and software design, concurrent algorithms, data structures, and software engineering.
