We're looking for an experienced BDR to help drive pipeline growth for a fast-growing tech business building an AI-powered customer service platform. This role is suited to someone who can join a founding go-to-market team and take real ownership of outbound from the start.
If you've spent a few years working in B2B SaaS or a startup/scale-up environment, and enjoy building pipeline through smart, targeted outbound, this role offers autonomy, clear progression, and meaningful impact.
What you'll be doing:
- Owning outbound prospecting across a defined set of accounts
- Building top-of-funnel pipeline through calls, email, LinkedIn, and personalised outreach
- Qualifying inbound leads and booking high-quality meetings for Account Executives
- Researching target organisations and tailoring messaging to senior decision-makers in mid-market and enterprise organisations
- Confidently cold calling and handling objections
- Working closely with Sales and Marketing to refine messaging and targeting
- Consistently hitting (and exceeding) activity and pipeline targets
What we're looking for:
- A few years experience in a B2B SaaS, customer-facing, or commercial role within a high-growth environment
- Strong communication skills with a professional, articulate approach to conversations and messaging
- Proven ability to operate proactively and manage your own activity and pipeline generation
- Commercial awareness and an understanding of B2B sales cycles
