Exciting cybersecurity SaaS start-up in London are looking to grow their commercial team and bring on a Senior Account Executive for the French market. If you\’ve got a tracked record selling SaaS solutions to SMB and Mid-Market customers in France, want to earn big commissions, and enjoy a fast paced sales environment, then this could be the role for you. Headlines: New business hunter Hybrid (after onboarding) SaaS sales Must be French speaker Uncapped double OTE commission plan In this role, you will: • Identify and engage SMB and Mid-Market prospects selling a SaaS AI/ML cyber security training platform. • Act as a trusted advisor, understanding clients’ unique needs and aligning them with tailored cybersecurity training solutions. • Manage the entire sales cycle, including prospecting, demos, negotiation, and closing deals. • Collaborate with internal teams to refine sales strategies and deliver seamless onboarding experiences. • Represent the company events, trade shows, and client meetings. What it takes: • 5+ years of experience in SaaS sales, with a focus on the SMB market in SaaS or tech solutions. • A proven ability to build and sustain strong client relationships while exceeding sales targets. • Change the status quo helping shrink sales cycles • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. • A relentless work ethic, resilience, and the ability to handle setbacks while staying focused on long-term goals. • Willingness to put in extra effort, including cold outreach and attending events, to ensure targets are met. • Experience working across the Nordic markets; fluency in English is required, and additional languages are a plus. Nice to haves: • Experience in cybersecurity or related tech sectors. • A history of success in start-up or scale-up environments. • Familiarity with CRM tools like Hubspot and sales methodologies such as Sandler. • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in ambiguity.
