Senior Partnerships Manager – London
Fast growing SaaS cybersecurity scale‑up is looking for a Senior Partnerships Manager in London to accelerate revenue growth through strategic partnerships with partners and distributors in the cybersecurity space. As the Senior Partnerships Manager, you will play a critical role in expanding the company’s partner network, driving pipeline generation, and increasing sales through indirect channels. Your primary objective will be to establish and scale high‑performing partnerships throughout EMEA and North America.

- £80,000 – £90,000 salary plus OTE and stock

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a revenue-focused partnership strategy.
- Identify and engage cybersecurity-focused distributors, resellers, partners and industry leaders to drive indirect sales.
- Own and drive the full partnerships cycle, from prospecting to negotiation, execution, and revenue optimization.
- Implement joint go-to-market initiatives with partners to accelerate customer acquisition and retention.
- Work closely with internal teams, including sales and marketing.
- Monitor, report, and optimize partnership performance, ensuring measurable contribution to revenue growth.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or channel sales with a revenue focus.
- Proven track record of generating revenue through distributor and reseller partnerships.
- Strong understanding of the B2B SaaS ecosystem.
- A proactive, high-performance mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
- Exceptional networking, communication, and negotiation skills with a results-driven approach.
- Experience working with resellers and distributors in the cybersecurity industry is highly desirable.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in an additional European language is a plus.
