About the Company

This is a high-growth B2B SaaS business building agentic AI solutions that automate AI-driven workflows across sales and customer operations. Their platform is designed to streamline complex processes, improve efficiency and enable teams to scale without increasing headcount. The product is already gaining traction across EMEA, particularly within enterprise environments where operational complexity is high. The business is now entering a key growth phase, with a strong focus on building a clear market narrative and strengthening its position within a fast-evolving AI category.

The Role

We’re looking for an experienced Content Marketer to help define and scale the company’s voice in a rapidly emerging space. This is not a generalist role — we’re looking for someone who understands how to create content that speaks to enterprise buyers and drives commercial outcomes. If you’ve spent 3–5 years in B2B SaaS content roles and enjoy building high-quality, insight-led content that resonates with senior stakeholders, this role offers autonomy, ownership, and the opportunity to shape category positioning from an early stage. You’ll be responsible for creating content that supports pipeline generation, educates the market, and builds a strong point of view around AI-driven automation in customer operations.

Responsibilities

  • Create high-impact content across multiple formats (long-form, short-form, LinkedIn, email, web)
  • Develop messaging that resonates with enterprise buyers (CX leaders, COOs, CFOs)
  • Translate complex AI concepts into clear, commercially relevant narratives
  • Build a strong point of view within a fast-moving AI category
  • Support demand generation through campaign-ready content
  • Work closely with leadership and commercial teams to align content with pipeline goals

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B SaaS content marketing
  • Strong experience writing for enterprise audiences
  • Ability to create content that connects to commercial outcomes, not just engagement
  • Clear understanding of AI, automation, or customer operations (strong advantage)
  • Experience in or exposure to AI customer support platforms is highly valuable
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, early-stage environment

What’s Offered

  • Opportunity to shape the content strategy in a high-growth AI business
  • High ownership role with direct impact on pipeline and positioning
  • Work closely with senior leadership on messaging and market narrative
  • Hybrid working (London)

This is a role for someone who can bring clarity to a complex space, write with authority, and help define how the business shows up in a competitive and fast-moving market.
