We're hiring a Founding Account Executive to build the commercial engine of an early-stage, API-first B2B SaaS company selling into enterprise customers. This role is for someone who doesn't just want to run a sales process but wants to design it, test it, and scale it. You'll be the first commercial hire, working directly with the founders to shape how the business goes to market.

The product is highly technical, integration-led, and designed for modern engineering and product teams, meaning technical credibility is essential.

The Opportunity

As the first Account Executive, you'll be responsible for building sales from zero to repeatable motion:

  • Owning the full enterprise sales cycle from first conversation to close
  • Running deep, technical discovery with engineering, product, and platform teams
  • Leading API-driven solution design and integration conversations during sales cycles
  • Acting as the bridge between customers, founders, and engineering
  • Defining ICPs, buyer personas, messaging, and qualification frameworks
  • Shaping pricing, packaging, and contract structures for enterprise deals
  • Closing early lighthouse customers and building a strong reference base
  • Laying the foundations for a future sales team (process, tooling, playbooks)

This is a hands-on, high-autonomy role, you'll be building while selling. This role suits someone who's comfortable in early-stage ambiguity and excited by enterprise complexity.
