Are you an AI practitioner who thrives at the intersection of business transformation and responsible innovation? We are seeking an AI Design Analyst to join a growing AI Foundry, shaping high-impact AI and Copilot solutions that are valuable, feasible, and ethically sound. This is an opportunity to act as the critical bridge between business ambition and technical delivery, ensuring AI solutions align to strategy, governance and measurable commercial value.
What you'll do
- Shape AI & Copilot Use Cases
- Assess and define AI opportunities aligned to strategic priorities, forming clear value hypotheses and success criteria.
- Translate business problems, workflows and decision points into well-structured AI-enabled proposals.
- Design Responsible, Human-Centred AI
- Design AI-enabled workflows, prompts and human-in-the-loop models that maximise safety, transparency and trust.
- Embed responsible AI principles including explainability, fairness and appropriate safeguards from design through deployment.
- Assess Feasibility & Drive Delivery
- Evaluate data readiness, technical constraints, ethical considerations and AI-specific risks.
- Define MVP scope, evaluation criteria and adoption-readiness indicators to support experimentation.
- Collaborate with delivery and architecture teams to ensure solutions are sustainable and aligned to enterprise standards.
What we're looking for
- Experience within digital, data or AI programmes in complex or regulated environments.
- Strong understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, automation and responsible AI principles.
- Proven ability to map processes and design end-to-end AI workflows including guardrails and human oversight.
- Working knowledge of Copilot, Power Platform and Azure AI fundamentals.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and a commercially focused, value-driven mindset.
