We’re looking for a high-performing Senior Account Executive to drive new business growth for a fast-growing AI SaaS vendor delivering enterprise software solutions. This role is suited to someone who thrives in a true hunter environment and can take ownership of complex enterprise sales across EMEA.
If you’ve built your career selling enterprise SaaS or technology solutions into complex organisations and enjoy navigating long sales cycles while closing high-value deals, this role offers autonomy, ownership, and the opportunity to make a significant impact within a scaling business.
- Driving full-cycle enterprise sales from outbound prospecting through to close
- Building and managing a robust pipeline across target industries
- Engaging senior stakeholders across operations, IT, and digital transformation functions
- Leading complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes across 3–9 month sales cycles
- Maintaining accurate pipeline management and forecasting in CRM
Requirements:
- 5+ years experience in enterprise B2B sales within SaaS or technology solutions
- Proven track record closing £30k+–£150k+ deals in complex sales environments
- Experience selling into industrial sectors such as construction, manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain
- Expertise in consultative or value-based sales methodologies
- Comfortable managing long, multi-threaded enterprise sales cycles
- Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills
- Experience navigating procurement, RFP, and legal processes
- Exposure to enterprise customers driving digital transformation initiatives
