We’re looking for an experienced Enterprise Business Development Representative to help drive pipeline growth for a fast-growing tech business operating in the insurance / insurtech space. This is not a “first BDR role” — we’re looking for someone who already knows what great outbound looks like and is ready to operate with ownership, confidence, and pace.

If you’ve spent 2+ years in a BDR/SDR role within SaaS, insurtech, or a startup/scale-up environment, and enjoy building pipeline through smart, targeted outbound, this role offers autonomy, clear progression, and meaningful impact.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Owning outbound prospecting across a defined set of accounts
  • Building top-of-funnel pipeline through calls, email, LinkedIn, and personalised outreach
  • Qualifying inbound leads and booking high-quality meetings for Account Executives
  • Researching target organisations and tailoring messaging to senior decision-makers
  • Confidently cold calling and handling objections
  • Working closely with Sales and Marketing to refine messaging and targeting
  • Consistently hitting (and exceeding) activity and pipeline targets

What we’re looking for:

  • 2+ years’ experience as a BDR/SDR in SaaS, insurtech, or a high-growth startup
  • Proven outbound experience and comfort picking up the phone
  • Strong commercial awareness and an understanding of sales cycles
  • Confident, articulate communicator with a consultative approach
  • Resilient, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment
  • Someone who wants progression but is happy to master the craft of outbound first

What you’ll get:

  • Clear progression into a closing role as the business scales
  • Ongoing coaching and structured development
  • A collaborative, performance-driven sales culture
  • Competitive base salary plus commission (£15k OTE)
  • Fully remote working and flexibility
  • The opportunity to be part of a growing tech company with real momentum
