Exciting cybersecurity SaaS start-up in London are looking to grow their commercial team and bring on a Senior Account Executive for the DACH market. If you've got a tracked record selling SaaS solutions to SMB and Mid-Market customers in DACH, want to earn big commissions, and enjoy a fast paced sales environment, then this could be the role for you.

In this role, you will:

β€’ Identify and engage SMB and Mid-Market prospects selling a SaaS AI/ML cyber security training platform.

β€’ Act as a trusted advisor, understanding clients’ unique needs and aligning them with tailored cybersecurity training solutions.

β€’ Manage the entire sales cycle, including prospecting, demos, negotiation, and closing deals.

β€’ Collaborate with internal teams to refine sales strategies and deliver seamless onboarding experiences.

β€’ Represent the company events, trade shows, and client meetings.

What it takes:

β€’ 5+ years of experience in SaaS sales, with a focus on the SMB market in SaaS or tech solutions.

β€’ A proven ability to build and sustain strong client relationships while exceeding sales targets.

β€’ Change the status quo helping shrink sales cycles

β€’ Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

β€’ A relentless work ethic, resilience, and the ability to handle setbacks while staying focused on long-term goals.

β€’ Willingness to put in extra effort, including cold outreach and attending events, to ensure targets are met.

β€’ Experience working across the DACH markets; fluency in English is required, and additional languages are a plus.

Nice to haves:

β€’ Experience in cybersecurity or related tech sectors.

β€’ A history of success in start-up or scale-up environments.

β€’ Familiarity with CRM tools like Hubspot and sales methodologies such as Sandler.

β€’ A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in ambiguity.
