P3O Stands for Project, Programme & Portfolio Offices. Such an office provides a structure covering all change within an organisation. There are two primary functions delivered by such a structure:
- A decision-enabling function providing information to decision makers
- A delivery support function aiding Projects, Programme and Portfolios in their execution. P3O is widely adopted and used in both public and private sector organisations.
