Our client, an experienced principal contractor who partners with some of the biggest data centre providers in the market, are currently seeking a brand-new Project Manager. The project at hand is based in the London region, and long-term future work is expected in the area.

Achieving a huge turnover of over million GBP, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a company with long-standing market experience and an ambition to grow even further.

Responsibilities/Requirements:

  • Oversee site teams, site managers and subcontract managers for successful delivery and installation of Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing packages of work.
  • Act as a point of contact to Client and Subcontractors for technical site works or queries.
  • Coordinate all disciplines to have a smooth proceeding and efficient delivery.
  • Maintain progress reports and project delivery documentation.
  • Key component to Workplace Safety – To have an overview of HSE for all project staff and sub-contractors including risk management.
  • Assure that the scope is delivered in accordance with the project budget constraints and defined project schedule.
  • Initiate and chair progress meetings and activity reviews.
  • Work with the Operations Directors to build the team, utilising internal and external resources.
