MEP Lead- Oxfordshire – 12-Month Contract
Are you looking for your next MEP Lead contract? Quanta has the position for you! Our client, Ireland’s long-standing number one provider of construction services, are searching for an MEP Lead to join their team on a contractual basis.

Role
- Ensuring the design management procedure is being followed and implemented as appropriate on the projects. This would include production and maintenance of the DRM, design programme, RFI schedule, MIDP, (in conjunction with the CDE), IRS, statutory condition trackers, design change and risk trackers and design documentation required to achieve practical completion.
- Taking ownership of design related items within the tender process or within the construction phase including production of written narrative / presentation material.
- Having input into the selection of the design team including the production of the design team appointments (consultant and subcontractor) if directly employed or split of responsibility if traditional including DRM, scope, MIDP, programme and fee.
Requirements
- Data centre experience and a strong background in both mechanical and electrical works.
- Good understanding of the MEP supply chain market and dynamics in which the company operates.
- Professional Competence through operational involvement in all phases of large scale complex projects from Estimating, Pre-Construction, and installation, Commissioning, Demonstration and Handover.
- Mechanical or Electrical Academic / MEP Technical related Qualification.
