M&E Commercial Manager – Contract – 12-Month Contract

This is your opportunity to work for a global construction and engineering specialist, that has an excellent career opportunity for a M&E Commercial Manager to join a project in North Yorkshire.

Responsible for providing construction solutions to some of the world’s most successful and enduring businesses, cities and institutions, our client’s numerous industry accolades prove their customers trust them in their delivery.

As the M&E Commercial Manager, you will join our client and their 3, worldwide specialists in fit out, technology, and construction who deliver not just buildings, but also exceptional dynamic and strong customer relationships built on mutual trust, collaboration, and open communication.

Role:

  • To deliver a quality service and product to our clients in line with the project goals by working with the project team and applying companies culture systems and procedures.
  • Take lead financial role on key projects delivering to agreed targeted profit margins
  • To take responsibility for the regular review of financial performance of projects within the division in order to improve financial certainty and maximise commercial success
  • To ensure best practice and continuous improvement in divisional financial processes on
  • To provide high quality management information to divisional financial director and divisional commercial manager.
  • Required background:

  • M&E Commercial Manager with a background of working on large construction projects (ideally pharma or data centres)
  • This role will oversee the commercial aspects of the construction project works in accordance with the Clients’ requirements.
  • Solid technical background in M&E fit-out (clean room fit out, control environments, security, CCTV, Temporary parts, fire alarms, HVAC)
  • This will involve monitoring commercials on the project and the M&E package.
