Are you a HSE Manager looking for your next contract assignment? Our client, one of the top 4 hyperscale data centre providers across the globe, needs the expertise of a HSE Manager for their current European projects.
With a global footprint over 5 continents and 60 countries, this is an exciting opportunity to join a truly international organisation responsible for providing some of the world’s most recognisable scalable data centres. This forward-thinking data centre provider has plans to double the number of facilities in the EMEA region.
This is an opportunity for you to work client-side with an ambitious organisation in the data centre market.
Scope of Work:- Assist in the identification, and management, of high-risk activities (HRA) at each stage of the project; including liaising with project team and working with contractors in forward safety planning and coordination of works activities.
- Monitoring Client driven Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for assessment and evaluation across the construction project(s).
- Reviewing, and assessing, the health & safety implications of changes as they occur during the project, through safety audits and day to day site safety reviews.
- Reviewing co-ordination and communications for works activities with the GC’s including client direct vendors.
- Developing, and implementing, reporting and communications structures on Health & Safety management performance to enable accurate assessment and evaluation.
- On-going assessment of the resources provided by contractors to enable implementation of the contractor’s safety management programme.
- Encouraging, and promoting, Health & Safety initiatives aimed at influencing positive safety behaviour on the sites.
- Encouraging, and promoting, contractor participation in structured Health & Safety awards schemes by recognised bodies.
- Reporting to, and taking direction from, the Client and their nominated representatives.
