We have an exciting opportunity to help deliver some of the largest and most prestigious developments in Ireland and Europe.
Responsibilities:- Monitor the main contractor's execution of schedule via pull plan, last planner, and other site-based planning activities.
- Advise on work progress to the client schedulers on a weekly basis.
- Maintain daily labour reports and provide data to the client schedulers.
- Collaborate with client engineers and understand deliverables such as System Impact Assessment, Critical Component Impact Assessments, System Boundary Drawings, and Requirement Traceability Matrix.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Cleanroom and Fitout Construction Manager.
- Degree qualification in Engineering, Technical, or Construction Discipline.
- Tertiary qualification in quality management is advantageous.
- Demonstrable Continued Professional Development (CPD).
