Responsibilities:
- Draft and submit all contracts to the Contracts & Compliance team for review (including extensions and other contracts) before delivery to the end recipients.
- Conduct contract audits e.g. check existing contracts on file.
- Assist team members with external audit requests.
- Contract validation and implementing any updates as required on internal CRM.
- Liaising with the Sales / Admin / Finance teams to resolve outstanding queries and ensuring Contractors / Client are ready for payment / invoicing.
- Escalating to Management any Business that comes to your attention outside of company policy.
Requirements:
- Experience in an office based admin role (dealing with high volume)
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Efficient and well organised
- Competent knowledge of Excel and Word
- Attention to detail
