We have an amazing opportunity for an Administrator to join our Contracts & Compliance Team!

Responsibilities:

  • Draft and submit all contracts to the Contracts & Compliance team for review (including extensions and other contracts) before delivery to the end recipients.
  • Conduct contract audits e.g. check existing contracts on file.
  • Assist team members with external audit requests.
  • Contract validation and implementing any updates as required on internal CRM.
  • Liaising with the Sales / Admin / Finance teams to resolve outstanding queries and ensuring Contractors / Client are ready for payment / invoicing.
  • Escalating to Management any Business that comes to your attention outside of company policy.

Requirements:

  • Experience in an office based admin role (dealing with high volume)
  • Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Efficient and well organised
  • Competent knowledge of Excel and Word
  • Attention to detail
