Our client is looking for a motivated, organised and proactive individual to join their company permanently as a Team Administrator. This opportunity means you’ll be at the centre of the day to day running of the business – arranging engineers’ calendars, handling incoming customer enquires, managing quotations and keeping profit and loss spreadsheets up to date are just a few of the varied tasks you will need to undertake – making you a key part of their growing business. This position has an immediate start date.

Key Responsibilities
· Handling incoming enquires in a polite and efficient manner
· Preparing and sending out quotations using information provided from engineers
· Everyday use of company CRM system (training will be provided)
· Monitoring the company email inbox
· Daily communication with our engineers, managers and Directors
· Diary management
· Taking over the phone payments from customers
· Data inputting onto daily trackers

Qualifications
