Quanta Contracts are currently seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our busy Construction Recruitment Team in Bedford to assist with day to day recruiting operations. We are a family run business, providing Trades/Labour & Management solutions nationally to the Construction industry for over 20 years. The Role As a Recruitment Consultant, you will: * Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates. * Source, screen, and interview candidates to match them with job opportunities. * Manage the end-to-end recruitment process. * Utilise a variety of platforms and tools to attract candidates. * Achieve individual and team targets in a supportive environment. * Conducting Right to Work, qualification and compliance checks. * Obtaining feedback from clients. * Dealing with general queries relating to contracts & pay. * Working alongside our team of consultants. What We’re Looking For We are seeking motivated individuals with: * A passion for working with people and building relationships. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Resilience, determination, and a drive to succeed. * The ability to thrive in a team-oriented, sales-driven environment. * Strong IT Skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook). * Previous experience in recruitment is preferred but not essential. What We Offer * 25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays. * Up to £27,000 per year starting salary plus commission incentive. * A permanent position within a supportive team. * Continuous Professional Development. * Opportunity to progress into a senior consultant role. * A social & exciting work environment.
