Location: Chingford, East London / Office-based (with potential for 1 day WFH per week)

Our client is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially astute QS with a strong background in both internal and external refurbishment projects. The role is suited to someone who can confidently manage projects from pre‑construction through to final account and work autonomously within a fast‑paced environment. The ideal candidate will have extensive refurbishment experience and be comfortable operating at a senior level. Our client is specifically looking for someone whose background is not heavily focused on framework‑led projects, but instead has experience delivering projects in a more traditional contracting environment.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Strong experience in both internal and external refurbishment
  • A proven track record operating at Senior Quantity Surveyor level
  • Excellent commercial and contractual knowledge
  • Experience managing projects outside of framework‑led environments
  • The ability to work independently while collaborating with operational and project teams
