Our client is currently recruiting for a Senior Site Manager to join their busy team to look after business development requirements and projects on site activities. Our client is a well established medium sized contractor based in Bedfordshire. They deliver projects over various sectors including commercial, education, industrial and leisure and have a strong reputation for excellence.
The senior site manager will be responsible for overseeing sites trades and staff working there. They will be responsible for management tasks such as inductions, H&S, programming and ensure the project is completed within budget and on time.
Key Responsibilities:- To ensure that safe systems of work are in place on their site and that all staff and operatives on site adhere to those systems and safe standards of behaviour.
- To manage productivity on site so that the project is completed on time.
- To manage the activity on site in a way that adheres to contract and cost constraint.
- To ensure that the site has minimal impact on the environment and local community.
- To manage interfaces between the various stakeholders associated with the site.
- To ensure that the project is completed to the specification and quality demanded by the client.

- £(phone number removed) per annum with additional car allowance.
- Hours 7:30am-5:00pm, Monday to Friday.
