Our client, an independent, creative project management consultancy delivering portfolios and projects across the property and construction landscape, are seeking a Senior Project Manager. Working within sectors including science and technology, data centres, education, commercial, and healthcare. Responsibilities:
- Track project performance, including time, cost, invoicing, and client satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities to extend commissions and support new business initiatives.
- Contribute to training, CPD, and thought leadership activities; participate in external events where appropriate.
- Develop sector knowledge and stay informed on emerging trends and best practice.
- Support bid proposals and represent the company professionally at industry events.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
