Our client is currently seeking the skills of a Project Admin to join their team. Our client develops and delivers life changing medicines to millions of people globally and as part of their growth. With their Drug Substance (DS) manufacturing network growing rapidly, they are committed to growing their portfolio of commercial biologics products supplied worldwide – and this is your opportunity to be involved!
What you’ll do:
- Organise and support events and workshops; manage meetings including agendas, minutes, and action logs; track owners and due dates; maintain RAID logs to ensure visibility and follow‑through.
- Understand core project scheduling principles and support updates to look‑ahead plans, status dashboards, and progress reports based on inputs from the project team.
- Prepare clear and concise project updates, reports, and presentations; tailor communications for engineering, construction, QS/cost, finance, and leadership stakeholders.
- Provide administrative support for change control processes, purchase requisitions, GR/IR tracking, vendor onboarding, invoice processing, and accruals; reconcile commitments versus actuals in collaboration with finance.
What you’ll need:
- Demonstrates a high level of accuracy by spotting inconsistencies in dates, values, and document versions; maintains clear audit trails and reliable records.
- Act as self‑starter who anticipates bottlenecks, actively chases dependencies, and prompts action owners before deadlines are at risk.
- Comfortable using MS Office tools, including Excel and PowerPoint for clear storytelling; confident working within SharePoint and EDMS environments.
- Handles commercially sensitive information with discretion, professionalism, and integrity.
