Overview

Our client is a global biopharmaceutical company manufacturing plasma-derived and recombinant therapeutic products, delivering high-quality medicines for people with rare and serious diseases. This is a contractual role for 12 months.

Responsibilities

  • Managing the changes in the UK with growth in Maidenhead and all Business Transformations, supporting the Regional Agile Lead in Project Management.
  • Leads all employee relations matters, including advising managers on employee performance, policy adherence, harassment, compliance violations, grievances, conflicts, and union/works council matters.
  • Manages escalations from the HR Operations Centres and supports special projects as assigned.
  • Assists in executing the derived strategy formed by HRBP(s) for the assigned client group.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in human resource management, organisational psychology, business, or related field.
  • Extensive experience as a HR Generalist or Employee Relations Manager, or equivalent relevant experience in a dynamic global organisation.
  • Knowledge of HR processes gained in a dynamic organisation.
  • Experience in a global company in a matrixed reporting environment is preferred.
