We are seeking a strategic, data-driven Product Marketing Manager to lead the go-to-market and demand-generation strategy for our core enterprise financial products. This role bridges product, marketing, and sales to position Quants infrastructure for maximum market impact. You will translate complex product capabilities into clear value propositions that drive awareness, engagement, and qualified pipeline growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Go-to-Market Leadership: Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new and existing financial products. Define target segments, buyer personas, and messaging frameworks for institutional and corporate audiences.
- Demand Generation: Partner with digital, content, and sales teams to design multi-channel campaigns that generate qualified leads. Optimise paid, organic, and partner channels to drive measurable pipeline impact (SQLs, conversion rates, ARR). Collaborate with marketing ops on CRM workflows, nurture tracks, and campaign performance dashboards.
- Product Positioning & Messaging: Craft compelling narratives highlighting differentiated value across use cases such as liquidity optimisation, programmable payments, and tokenised money. Maintain competitive intelligence to refine positioning and ensure market relevance.
- Sales Enablement: Deliver high-quality collateral, decks, and one-pagers for sales and partnership teams. Build a scalable library of product marketing assets, case studies, and video explainers.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Sales, and Engineering to align roadmaps, messaging, and launch timelines. Partner with corporate communications and PR to amplify product visibility through thought leadership.
- Performance Measurement: Track and report on funnel metrics, ROI, and campaign attribution. Recommend optimisations based on insights from HubSpot, GA, and other martech tools.
Required Skills and Experience
- 5+ years in B2B product marketing, ideally in fintech, payments, or financial infrastructure.
- Proven experience in demand generation and go-to-market execution with measurable results.
- Strong grasp of buyer journeys and sales cycles in regulated financial environments.
- Excellent storytelling, copywriting, and presentation skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and market insights.
- Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Salesforce) and collaboration platforms (Asana, Miro, WordPress).
- Familiarity with open banking, payments, or programmable finance is a plus.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth, cross-functional environment.
Our Shared Values
- Innovation: We love a challenge and have little respect for the status quo. Experience has taught us that problems are a matter of perspective and that, with new ideas and a fresh way of looking at things, solutions often present themselves.
- Ambition: The scale of a task won't deter us when we believe it will take us closer to our vision. Every problem is an opportunity. Every obstacle, the chance to take a calculated risk and question assumptions. In short, we're not afraid to think big.
- Trust: Fundamental to a prosperous economy, trust also lies at the heart of our company. Indeed, we believe it is the bedrock of a healthy society committed to equality and fairness. We trust each other, we engineer trust into our solutions, and we work hard every day to earn the trust of our clients and partners.
- Adaptability: We remain open-minded, objective and flexible at all times. When the facts change, so does our approach. We embrace that agility and encourage all those we work with to do the same.
- Respect: We're respectful of the ideas and perspectives of others, we celebrate people's differences and recognise their achievements. We also hold the needs and health of our environment dear. And we have no tolerance for bullying, harassment, or discrimination of any kind.
Please note that as we are unable to offer sponsorship for this position, we are focusing our search initially to candidates who have the right to work and indefinite leave to remain in the United Kingdom.
Technology powers our progress, but people drive our success. While we embrace innovation to enhance efficiency, we believe that true talent deserves a personal connection. Every candidate is thoughtfully reviewed by a member of our team - because finding the right people is more than a process, it's a commitment to our core values.
Closing date for applications is 17.00 GMT/18.00 CET on Friday 23rd January 2026.
Base location: Paddington, London, United Kingdom
Hybrid working: Yes, post successful completion of the initial probationary period.
