The team needs someone who can keep critical voice and video services stable, improve tooling, automate repeatable work and deal confidently with complex issues across Cisco UC, SIP, recording, conferencing and integrations.What you will ownSupport and improve a global Cisco UC and collaboration estateManage changes, upgrades and configuration across voice, video and conferencing platformsTroubleshoot SIP, SBCs, PSTN trunking, endpoints and call flowsBuild automation around UC workflowsSupport voice recording, compliance and messaging archive platformsIntegrate on-premise UC with Webex, Zoom, Teams and related servicesImprove monitoring, alerting, documentation and operational standardsExperience needed7+ years in voice, UC or collaboration engineeringStrong experience with CUCM, Cisco Meeting Server and ExpresswayGood knowledge xsabvtc of SIP, SBCs and PSTN SIP trunkingExperience supporting Cisco phones, softphones and video endpointsStrong troubleshooting and fault-isolation skillsScripting or automation experience in Python, PowerShell or similarExperience in a high-availability enterprise environmentUseful experienceCisco UC APIs and custom integrationsTrading or financeAll applications are handled in strict confidence.
