Research and recommend new Managed Services Refinements to existing offerings Perform cost analysis and recommend areas for efficiency improvement Oversight customer contractual services and service level from pre-Sales to post production BAU Perform customer cost analysis and suggestThe Technical Product Manager must have:· Minimum of 4 years’ experience working in banking, financial services or software product firms· Overall 3-4 years’ experience in supporting ASP or SaaS application· Understanding of Cloud methodologies· Proficient in SaaS, PaaS, Agile, AWS services· Experience with public cloud architecture, containerized deployment· Good understanding of data models· Strong problem-solving, analytical, logical skills and a strong team playerI am looking for a candidate that has proven technical client management experience ideally in the financial field.
