You need to have strong desire to learn about financial and economic concepts and passion for solving challenging problems in a fast-paced environment.Junior Traders MUST have: • Recent Trading Experience in a Prop Trading Firm, Hedge Fund or Algo Trading Desk • Strong Python • Maths Stats, Physics degree from a UK or EU top 5 University • Ability to cover US hours 12:00 to 21:00 Daily The environment is that of Facebook or Google, relaxed open with time to think and make the right decisions.
