The Software Development Manager will ensure maximum uptime in a critical transactional finance website.Assisting the VP Technology, Software Engineering in building 4 high performing agile teams in a new near shore location.Candidate selection and interviewingOwning defect triage process and ensuring defects get to the right squads and are fixed in a timely manner.Working with VP Technology, Software Engineering and TechOps to improve QA automation coverage and build out CI/CD pipeline to enable faster delivery to production.Working with scrum masters and product managers to ensure a solid, refined, prioritised backlog is present for all squads.Implementing best practices to build high performing agile teamsThe frontend development of their web platform in HTML5, Angular.js and CSS3 and the backend in .net core and noSQL.
