They have offices globally and are well known in the Fund space.The Business analysts core activity will center on defining client requirements for features or additions to an asset management product suite, working closely with the development team to ensure there is a complete understanding of the business requirements and appropriate mapping of business requirements to a technical design as well as mapping of requirements to test cases.The role will play a central part in ensuring that requirements are specified, developed and tested correctly.While not essential the ideal candidate will be working in the fund administration or asset management industry today in a back, middle or front-office role, or in a service provider company supplying technology and/or services to that that industry.The Business Analyst Will:Lead key stake-holdersDocumenting client driven business requirements for new features and enhancements to existing product functionality.
The business requirements must be complete, of excellent quality and represent industry best practice in their implementationHelp in the creation of a data dictionary and data model in collaboration with the client and internal development teamsInput to the product roadmapBusiness Analysts Must Have:A background in Back office Financial Operations or Experience in a Fund or Asset ManagerClient facing experienceExperience working with technical and business teams to translate internal and external business needs to drive functional and technical requirementsExperience with data modelling and data mappingEducated to degree level in economics, information technology or computer science or equivalent experience.Strong stakeholder management and analytical skillsInterest in financial marketsStrong Academic BackgroundMy client has a family feel and traditional values but is known as by far the best low latency consultancy in the world. xsabvtc
