Technical Product Manager – Financial Data 100,000 Plus Bonus Quant Capital is urgently looking for a Technical Product Manager to join our high profile client.

The Company is a global provider of Enterprise Data Management (EDM) and Market Data solutions dedicated exclusively to the financial services industry The candidate should be adept at problem solving through innovation, making confident decisions under pressure, good at coordinating between internal and client teams wherever necessary.

The successful candidate will have a key role within the business overseeing services for its clients throughout Europe.

Day to day the Technical Product Manager will

  • Deliver service improvement initiatives to standardize and harden a Managed Services business Includes the technical infrastructure, application and Service delivery Drive capacity and availability management initiatives Mentor and help the team to grow in Dev Ops, Cloud Ops & SRE principles
  • Support the sale of existing Managed Services
  • Support the delivery teams in delivery and with oversight of some critical activities
  • Audits, reviews, problem management etc.
  • Research and recommend new Managed Services
  • Refinements to existing offerings
  • Perform cost analysis and recommend areas for efficiency improvement
  • Oversight customer contractual services and service level from pre-Sales to post production BAU
  • Perform customer cost analysis and suggest The Technical Product Manager must have:
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience working in banking, financial services or software product firms
  • Overall 3-4 years’ experience in supporting ASP or Saa S application
  • Understanding of Cloud methodologies
  • Proficient in ASP, Saa S, Paa S, Agile, AWS services
  • Experience with public cloud architecture, containerized deployment
  • Understanding of Unix/Linux platform
  • Database experience
  • Good understanding of data models
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, logical skills and a strong team player I am looking for a candidate that has proven technical client management experience ideally in the financial field.
