Graduate Trading Desk Operations Engineer – Quant Trading (2025 Start) Quant Capital is urgently looking for a Graduate Trade Desk Operations Analyst to join our high profile client. Our client is a top-tier global proprietary trading firm that leverages the latest technology, sophisticated algorithms and deep knowledge to trade in capital markets globally. This is an environment of science and intellectuals. We we are looking for a junior or graduate with sub 2 years of experience and the ability to deal with quick difficult maths problems. Specifically, the Trade Desk Operations Analyst will be involved with research, rapid development execution of trade orders, automation of processes, and personal projects. This position sits directly in a trading team and is a highly sought-after role. This is a role for someone with a strong level of applied mathematics or engineering with an interest in solving problems and working in a fast-paced rewarding environment.
