Our client is a well-known a global financial technology firm which specialises in the design and development of software in the Asset Management Industry.
The successful Systems Tester Working in a fast-paced development environment, the candidate will be involved in all aspects of the Agile system testing lifecycle..
The successful candidate will be serving some of the biggest name clients in the financial sector, therefore commitment and attention to detail is essential.
There will be opportunities for client site visits and client engagement, hence excellent communication skills are necessary.
They will have good problem-solving skills and will work in a team environment, on a wide variety of business & technical issues.
Day to Day the Systems Tester will: Review and analysis of client specifications and produce quality test plans Estimation to assist with production of development proposals Testing software in line with client specifications Performing solution testing to ensure system integrity Servicing defect management activities Working within a Scrum team The role requires the candidate to work independently, and is collaborative in nature.
The candidate should be adept at problem solving through innovation, and have a proven track record on successfully overseeing a number of projects of differing scales.
These could be personal or in business.
Systems Testers must have: Commercial Software Testing Experience Up to 5 years’ experience in system testing Quick Learner receptive to new technologies and practices.
