Senior Trade Operations 110,000 + Fund Level Bonus Quant Capital is urgently looking for a Trade Operations Analyst to join our high profile client.

Our client is a well known global Hedge Fund and Prop Trading firm.

They value technology especially the opensource variety as well as scalability and robust performance (much like their track record).

They trade Equities, Swaps, Futures, Options and ETFs products.

You will be highly experienced with full trade lifecycle knowledge, including trade processing, corporate actions, expiries, settlements, support on P&L and NAV inquiries and reconciliations.

You will work closely with the trading desks and our tech team and help automate our post-trade processes with a strong focus on driving operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Run daily reconciliations with Fund Admin, PBs and Executing Brokers
  • Assist in ad hoc requests including but not limited to trade bookings, reference data, corporate actions, P&L, NAV, currency exposure
  • Involve in projects to automate workflows and streamline systems/processes.
  • Provide support to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience with various Prime Brokers and their web portals and reporting
  • Work very closely with global ops team and great team player skills Trade Operations MUST have:
  • Minimum of 6 years’ of operations experience from the buy-side
  • Minimum of bachelors’ degree in Economics, Finance, or STEM related subjects
  • Experience with Option/Futures Expiry + DR conversion workflows.
  • Strong knowledge of Equities (Cash/Swap), FX/NDF, Futures/Options, ETFs.
  • Solid understanding of NAV, P&L and Margin calculations and reporting
  • Experience working in systematic funds with very high volume trading
  • Advanced Excel/VBA skills and strong technical mind using new inter-nal/external vendors
  • Product coverage with a wide range of products including stocks and derivatives The environment is that of Facebook or Google, relaxed open with time to think and make the right decisions.
