Quant Capital is urgently looking for a Rust Developer to join our high profile client's team. Our client is a well-known global prop trading firm. They value technology, especially the open-source variety, as well as scalability and robust performance. They also have a digital asset service operating across the globe.
Day to day, the Rust Developer will:
- Be responsible for research, design, development and application of trading technologies
- Build internal and external tools to support trading activities
- Integrate the APIs of cryptocurrency exchanges, banks and brokers
- Setup and deployment of algorithms
Rust Developers should have:
- Bachelor's degree or above from a reputable school
- More than 3 years of experience in technology development
- Experience with Rust
- Experience with SQL
- Experience with REST APIs
- Deep understanding of the full web technology stack (e.g. cookies, asset loading, caching, REST, etc.)
- Basic understanding of the financial market, order books and trading
