Quant Capital is urgently looking for a Salesforce Product Manager for our high profile client. Our client is a recently acquired financial technology business who is currently taking the factoring and invoicing market by storm. This is a brand new project to create an efactoring platform and CRM system from scratch.

Product Managers are responsible for defining product vision and driving insights-led product development and management across the full lifecycle of each product for which they are responsible. Working closely with cross functional colleagues in Technology & Engineering, Sales, Marketing and Commercial to ensure a strong ROI and great customer experience across their product portfolio.

Salesforce Product Manager Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop and deliver product strategies, policies and process improvements which meet business needs, that are innovative and deliver sustainable revenue and benefits.
  • P&L responsibility for product/solution to deliver Strategy and objectives.
  • Build a product roadmap (include compliance) for new products and maintain roadmaps for existing products with regular reviews to ensure on-going relevance and effectiveness, including but not limited to recommending product lines by reviewing product proposition, specifications and requirements, appraising new product ideas and/or product changes, etc.
  • Generate product proposition, user stories/value drivers to commercial and tech requirements; determining specifications.
  • Producing the information and documentation required, working collaboratively with Product Marketing in the launch of new products.
  • Monitor and track performance of product/launch.
  • Conduct training workshops to install department champions (train the trainer).

Scope:

  • Salesforce/Service Cloud, Financial Force and internal business process configuration needs.
  • Drawing on your salesforce experience you will act in the capacity of a consultant working with the business to establish best practice, undertake gap analysis and drive business improvement strategies.
  • Become the key interface between the business, SME’s, administrator/developers to design, develop, and deploy projects and manage system small enhancement backlog.
  • Establishing an effective governance and prioritisation process ensuring that development resource is equally focused across all Salesforce/Service Cloud and Financial Force platforms.

As the Procurement Consultant you will have:

  • Experience as a product lead or manager.
  • Strong product management and business analysis experience with the demonstrable ability to solve complex business problems by using information technology and business intelligence software.
  • Experience of working in a project-oriented environment, with high delivery expectations.
  • Hands on experience configuring Salesforce including workflows, reports, dashboards, validation rules, and security controls.
  • Certifications ideally, Advanced Administrator or Sales Cloud/Service Cloud Consultant.
  • Desirable work experience: Marketo, Asperato.

My client is based in Central London, this role is Remote but will require Office work.
