Quant Capital is urgently looking for a Salesforce Analyst to join our high profile client. Our client is a well known fintech software business disrupting the Wealth management market. This is a new role joining the sales data team responsible for Salesforce Administration as well as data management and business analysis for the sales team and sales pipeline planning. This is a key role for my client growing its client base and its operations globally. This role offers great autonomy as you will be the go to person regarding Salesforce in the whole firm globally as well as working with the CEO.
Day to day the Salesforce Administrator will:
- Collation and documentation of Sales and Business processes, policies and procedures
- Maintain the integrity of the Salesforce database
- Periodically run workgroups to collate system requirements to underpin documented processes
- Take the lead on business systems, devising solutions to ensure maximum benefit from our data assets to drive reliability, improve customer service and ensure value for money
- Build capability towards putting data at the heart of business decision making
- Lead on the development of tools, processes and systems that enable world class decision support solutions that support the needs of the business and end customer
- Develop solutions for Data Input and Data Integration as well as analysis and reporting
- Take the lead on all related proposals and business development initiatives
- Be the team BI lead
Salesforce Data Analysts Must have:
- Excellent knowledge and experience of data / data management
- Focus on Business Intelligence
- Salesforce Administration
- Ideally Mulesoft or a similar tool
- Experience in supporting and proactively working with sales and marketing teams
- Understanding of sales pipelines
- Interest in data and reporting
- Proficient in Microsoft products; Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, MS Access, Visio
